The existing house is a detached period cottage with an existing attached garage block with accommodation above. The project consisted generally of the demolition of an existing extension to the main house which housed the kitchen, wc and utility, and the construction of a larger single storey extension, plus the conversion of the existing garage to form habitable space, and a refurbishment of the existing property.

We constructed a detached annex in the rear garden of a property in Weybridge. The annex consisted of two bedrooms, one ensuite and an open plan kitchen and living area with separate access from the road.

We also carried out a full loft conversion creating two new bedrooms and a new bathroom. The house was fully refurbished, and many structural alterations were carried out to create new rooms.

This project consisted of the internal fitout of a new build property located in Twickenham, we undertook the full internal package from M&E to decorating. This property was finished to a very high specifications with some beautiful features including a glass walkway, exposed London stock brickwork and a beautifully finished billiards room.

This project consisted of the demolition of a rear conservatory and a full strip out of all fixtures and fittings. A new loft conversion was created forming a new master bedroom and ensuite. The first floor walls were reconfigured to create equal size bedrooms creating a new ensuite for one bedroom and a large family bathroom. We also constructed a new garage at the bottom of the garden and created a new garden including a patio area. A porch was added to the front of the house creating a new entrance hall and a driveway was fully renovated with new block paving.
